概要

Kaizen 5SのframeworkKaizenKaizenは何であるか。 定義

連続的な増加改善のKaizen方法は漸進的で、連続的な(増加)変更(改善)にとっての最初に日本の経営の概念である。


Kaizenは実際に哲学生き方である。 私達の生命のあらゆる面が絶えず増進されることを値すると仮定する。 Kaizen philosophyは多くの日本の経営の概念の後ろにのようなある: 総合的品質管理、品質管理は、小さいグループの活動、労働関係一周する。


Kaizenのキーエレメントは次のとおりである: 変わるすべての従業員の質、努力、介入、自発性およびコミュニケーション。


日本の会社はその間区別する: 変更の革新、根本的な形態、およびKaizenの変更の連続用紙。 Kaizenは文字通り意味する: よくなる変更(kai) (禅)。


Kaizenの5つの基礎の要素

  1. チームワーク。
  2. 個人的な訓練。
  3. 増進された意気込。

  •       5。 Shitsuke -訓練
  • 標準化

Kaizen philosophyはいつ応用べきであるか。 それが困難であるが集合的な文化の長期変化をおよび要求する漸進的な、増加変更の状態でよく合うことそれによってが明らかである一般的なの助言を与えなさい。 短期成功にもっと焦点を合わせる個々の文化は頻繁にBusiness Process Reengineeringのような概念をより促す。


KaizenはBusiness Process Reengineeringと比較した

KaizenがKaizen philosophyは人間志向のであることをそれによってが明らかであるBPR方法と比較されるとき、実行すること、しかし長期的な訓練を要求すること容易および変更の小さいペースだけ提供する。 Business Process Reengineeringのアプローチは一方ではより堅い、技術方向づけられて、それ可能にする根本的な変更をが、かなりの変更の経営スキールを必要とする。
