Que é Just-in-Time? Definição
Just-in-time foi aberto caminho por Taiichi Ohno em Japão nas plantas de conjunto do carro de Toyota no princípio dos anos 70. É uma filosofia da organização da manufatura. O desperdício das diminuições do JIT fornecendo parte somente quando o processo de conjunto os requer. No coração do JIT encontra-se a kanban, a palavra japonesa para o cartão. Este cartão kanban está emitido ao armazém para pedir uma quantidade padrão das peças concoante que eles foram usados acima no conjunto/processo de manufatura. O JIT requer a precisão, porque as peças direitas devem chegar “just-in-time” na posição direita (estação de trabalho na linha de conjunto). É usado primeiramente para processos de manufatura repetitivos high-volume do fluxo.
História de Just-in-time
Historicamente, a filosofia do JIT levantou-se fora outras de duas coisas:
- Desejo de Japão para melhorar sua qualidade da produção. Naquele tempo, as companhias japonesas tiveram uma reputação má até a qualidade da manufatura e a manufatura do carro no detalhe foi concernida.
- Kaizen, também um método japonês da melhoria contínua.
O framework Just-in-time considera inventários como uma desculpa pobre para o planeamento mau, o inflexibility, a maquinaria errada, os problemas da qualidade, etc. O objetivo do JIT é apressar-se acima da resposta do cliente ao minimizar inventories ao mesmo tempo. Os inventários ajudam responder rapidamente às demandas de cliente em mudança, mas custam inevitàvel o dinheiro e aumentam o capital de funcionamento needed.
Em James 1990 Womack escreveu um livro chame “a máquina que mudou o mundo”, introduzindo a terminologia “Lean Manufacturing”. Também você pode encontrar a palavra: “Lean Production”. Os princípios atrás destes abordagens não diferem substancialmente das técnicas desenvolvidas por Ohno em Toyota.
Áreas da atenção de Just-in-time
As áreas típicas da atenção de execuções do JIT incluem:
- Redução do inventário.
- Lotes da produção e tamanhos de grupo menores.
- Controle de qualidade.
- Redução e transparência da complexidade.
- Estrutura e delegation lisos de organização.
- Minimization Waste.
Just-in-time prolongado externo
Com a chegada do software do Internet e do Supply Chain Planning, as companhias têm na manufatura Just-in-time estendida ínterim fora das beiras da companhia. Exijindo de seus fornecedores entregar o inventário à fábrica somente quando necessitar para o conjunto, fazendo a manufatura do JIT, requisitando e os processos da entrega mesmo mais speedier, mais flexíveis e mais eficientes.
