• Zeit: insbesondere ist Zeitkompression wichtig.
• Abstand: insbesondere geographische Einschränkungen ist zu überwinden bedeutend.
• Verhältnisse: manchmal können organisatorische Zusammenhänge neu definiert werden.

Horizontale Achse des Wirkung/Wert Rahmenwerk

• Effizienz ist die "Sachen" richtig zu machen, z.B. erhöhte Produktivität.
• Wirksamkeit ist die "richtige" Sache zu machen, z.B. besseres Management.
• Innovation ist "neue" Sachen zu machen, z.B. verbessern von Produkten und Dienstleistungen.
