概要

Cultural DimensionsGeert Hofstedeに従う、事は全世界を渡って有効な普遍的なマネージメントメソッドか経営理論のようなない。 単語「経営」に国で異なった起源および意味が世界中である。 経営は社会で起こる他のプロセスから隔離することができる現象でない。 それは起こることと、学校で、家族政治で、および政府で相互に作用している。 それはまた宗教と科学についての確信と明らかに関連している。


Hofstedeの5 Cultural Dimensions

Geert Hofstedeの文化的な次元モデルは5つの種類(次元)の国民文化間の相違/価値見通しを記述するframeworkである:

  • Powerの間隔。 国の人口が常態として考慮する人々間の不平等のある程度。

  • 個人主義対集産主義。 範囲人々の感じ彼らは彼らの家族をまたは組織をによってに属する心配取るか、または独自でを気遣われるために仮定される。

  • 雄々しさ対女らしさ。 文化が事の優勢、断定および獲得を促す範囲。 人々、感じおよび生活環境基準をより促す文化対。

  • 不確実性の回避。 国の人々が好む程度は終わる未構造化の状態を構成した。

  • 長期対短期オリエンテーション。 長期: セービングおよび持続のような未来の方に、方向づけられる価値。 短期: 伝統および達成の社会的な義務のための点のような過去そして現在の方に、方向づけられる価値。

国の経営を理解するためには、1つに全体のローカル場面の知識そして共感が両方あるべきである。 但し、Hofstedeが遂行した独特な統計調査のスコアは社会の基本的な問題と直面されて時でさえ他の国の人々が考えるかもしれないこと皆をわかっているようにし感じ、あなた自身と非常に別様に機能するべきである。 経営か作戦を取扱っているどの人でもよく絶えずHofstedeのCultural Dimensions理論からのレッスンを覚えるように助言される。 特に国際的に働くとき人間に彼らの自身の経験から考え、感じ、機能する欺く傾向がある。
