概要

Two Factor Theory DiagramFrederick HertzbergのTwo Factor Theoryに従って人々は2つの要因によって影響を及ぼされる。

Two Factor Theoryのほかに、Frederick HertzbergはまたKick In The Pantsとして丁寧に翻訳された彼の略称KITAのために知られている、!
