Human Capital Index (HCI)は人的資本および株主の価値の相関関係を計算するのに使用されるワトソンWyattの方法である。

ワトソンWyattは丁度量を示す人事管理の練習におよび方針に株主の価値に最も大きい相関関係がある一組の手段を開発した。

それらを使用して各々の調査された会社に単一のHuman Capital Index (HCI) 「スコア」を割り当てることはそれらが決定的な決算、業績を提供するようにする。 優秀な人事管理の練習がある一方、より高い株主の価値がある。

要するに: Human Capital Indexは組織が人的資本の経営でよりよくすれば、それはまた株主のための利回りでよりよいことを示す。

Human Capital Indexのフォーミュラ
