POSDCORBは何であるか。 記述

1937年に、Luther Gulick社会科学者およびl. Urwick (管理の科学のペーパー)は7つを「あらゆる行政長官の主要機関そして義務」記述する。 それ以来、略称POSDCORBがマネジャーの7つの機能を記述するのに使用されている:
