Causa e efeito no Theory of Constraints

A central ao conceito do TOC é o reconhecimento da causa e do efeito. Compare: Cause e efetue o diagrama. Os processos pensando do TOC dão-nos uma série das etapas que combinam o caus-efeito e a nossa experiência e intuition para ganhar o conhecimento. O TOC é uma filosofia verifiable. Sabendo nós devemos pensar, nós podemos mais melhor compreender o mundo em torno de nós; pela compreensão melhor nós podemos melhorar.
 

As organizações são uma correia fotorreceptora complexa dos povos, equipamento, métodos, materiais e medidas. Esta complexidade do detalhe é má bastante. Adicione-lhe então a complexidade dinâmica de clientes, de fornecedores, do workforce, de regulamentos, etc. em mudança e você tem um retrato do desafio enfrentado pela equipe de hoje da gerência.

Tradicional, a gerência dividiu a organização em partes menores, mais manageable. O objetivo é maximize o performance de cada divisória. A melhoria global é suposta para ser igual à soma das melhorias locais.

Erro! O TOC reivindica que uma mudança a a maioria das variáveis em uma organização terá somente um impacto pequeno no performance global - em bottom line. Há muito poucas variáveis, talvez somente, onde uma melhoria significativa no performance local causa uma melhoria significativa no performance global. Tal variável é chame “Constraint”. As etapas no Theory of Constraints. abordagem

A essência do abordagem do TOC é que se você quiser conseguir mais de seu objetivo, você deve:

1. Identifique seu Constraint.
2. Focalize em Constraint. Uma companhia deve primeiramente saber seu objetivo e as condições necessárias para a realização. Então deve identificar Constraint (s), aquele is/are está limitando o nível da realização desse objetivo.
3. Siga-a completamente. Um processo de melhoria ongoing:

   1. Identifique Constraint.

   2. Explore-a.

   3. Subordine todas operações restantes à necessidade para explorar Constraint.

   4. Se após mais capacidade #2 e #3 for needed se encontrar com a demanda do mercado, elevate Constraint.

   5. Vá para trás a #1, mas não deixe a inércia transformar-se Constraint do sistema.
