Earned Value Managementは何であるか。 定義

Earned Value Managementは統合する統合されたプログラム測定および経営技術である

• 技術的な性能要件、
• スケジュールの資源の計画、
• 危険を考察に運んでいる間。

すなわち、evmはスケジュールと技術的な費用およびスケジュールの条件に計画する資源を関連付ける経営技術である。 すべての仕事は時間段階的に行なわれた"計画値"の増分で計画され、割り当てられ、そして予定され、費用およびスケジュールの測定ベースラインを構成する。

evmの目的

Earned Value Managementシステムの2つの主要な目的がある:

1. 建築業者を有効な内部コストおよびスケジュールのマネージメント制御システムを使用するために奨励するため; そして
2. 顧客を時機を得たデータに頼れることを許可することはproduct-oriented契約状況を定めるためのそれらのシステムによって生産した。

契約にevmを加えることの主要な目的は次のとおりである:

Earned Value Managementの利点
