Was ist Leistungswertanalyse? Definition

Leistungswertanalyse ist eine integrierte Programmmessungs- und Managementtechnik, die integriert

• technische Leistungsanforderungen,
• Ressourcenplanung mit Zeitplänen,
• während Gefahr in Erwägung gezogen wird.

Das heißt, dass EVM eine Managementtechnik ist, die Ressourcenplanung auf Zeitpläne und auf technischen Kosten- und Zeitplananforderungen bezieht. Alle Arbeit wird geplant, geplant, und festgelegt im terminierten '' plante Wert '' Zunahmen und setzte eine Kosten- und Zeitplanmaßgrundlinie fest.

Zielsetzungen von EVM

Es gibt zwei Hauptzielsetzungen eines Leistungswertanalyse Systems:

• Fremdfirmen anregen, wirkungsvolle interne, technische Kosten- und Zeitplan-Managementsteuerungssysteme zu benutzen und
• Den Kunden zu ermöglichen, sich auf fristgerechte Daten zu verlassen, die durch jene Systeme für besseren Managementeinblick produziert wurden.
• Diese Daten werden der Reihe nach für die Bestimmung des produktgebundenen Vertragsstatus verwendet und
• Die zukünftige Leistung auf heutige Tendenzen zu projizieren.
• Zusätzlich erlaubt Leistungswertanalyse bessere und wirkungsvollere Management-Entscheidungsfindung, um nachteilige Auswirkungen auf das Projekt zu beschränken.

Nutzen des Leistungswertanalyse

Leistungswertanalyse liefert ein objektives Maß über wieviel Arbeit an einem Projekte vollendet worden ist. Mit dem EVM Prozess kann das Management-Team leicht vergleichen, wieviel Arbeit wirklich vollendet worden ist im Vergleich zu der Arbeit, die geplant worden ist, durchgeführt zu werden. Jede Arbeit wird geplant, budgetiert, und in terminierten „geplanten Wert“ Zunahmen festgelegt, eine Leistungsmessungs-Grundlinie festsetzend.
