Resumo

Obviamente, todo o corporaçõ espera não enfrentar as “situações que causam um rompimento significativo do negócio que estimule a cobertura de meios extensiva” (crise). O scrutiny público que é um resultado desta cobertura de meios frequentemente afeta as operações normais da companhia e pode ter o impacto financeiro, político, legal e governamental de a (negativo). A destruição substancial do valor deve ser temida de, especial quando a crise não é segurada bem na percepção dos meios/opinião pública. A gerência da crise trata de dar a resposta direita da crise (precautionary, estrutural e ad hoc).


Algumas ajuda e sugestões genéricos na gerência da crise

  1. Prepare plantas de contingência adiantado (a equipe e os membros da gerência da crise podem ser dados forma na observação muito curta, rehearsing das crises de vários tipos)

  2. Anuncie imediatamente e claramente internamente que as únicas pessoas a falar sobre a crise ao mundo exterior são os membros da equipe da crise)

  3. Mova-se rapidamente (as primeiras horas depois que as rupturas da crise primeiramente são extremamente importantes, porque dos meios a configuração frequentemente em cima da informação nas primeiras horas)

  4. Use consultantes de gerência da crise (o conselho pelo objectivity de consultantes do fotorreceptor é importante, usa a perícia da imagem corporativo dos specialists)

  5. Dê a informação exata e correta (recorde que tentar manipular a informação dará contra-explosão seriamente se se descobrir, também internamente!)

  6. Ao decidir-se em cima das ações, considere não somente as perdas a curto prazo, mas focalize-as também nos efeitos a longo prazo.

Os executivos em todos os níveis da organização são empregados para controlar crises e para fazê-las frequentemente assim em uma base diária. Suas habilidades são testadas realmente quando têm que controlar as crises significativas que têm o potencial disrupt o processo da criação do valor da organização, as fontes da renda, as despesas se operando, o preço conservado em estoque, a posição do competidor e o negócio ongoing. A gerência a mais eficaz da crise ocorre quando as crises potenciais são detectadas e tratadas do rapidamente - antes que possam impactar o negócio da organização. Naqueles exemplos nunca vêm à atenção de stakeholders chave da organização ou ao público geral através dos meios de notícia.


Criando uma planta da continuidade do negócio

Nos exemplos onde a crise já erupted, ou nela é inevitável a crise impactará stakeholders chave da organização, uma planta da continuidade do negócio é útil minimizar o rompimento e os danos. Desenvolver tal planta pode parecer como uma tarefa daunting, mas na realidade é comum-deteta o original. Envolve identificar aquele funções e processos que são críticos ao negócio, então projetando as plantas operacionais e das comunicação de contingência tratar da falha potencial de uma ou do mais delas e como stakeholders chave reagirá quando encontram para fora. Um elemento importante que seja negligenciado às vezes é testar a planta da continuidade do negócio.
Os corporaçõs com plantas da continuidade do negócio estarão em uma posição melhor para minimizar o impacto do negócio e os danos financeiros. No alto disso, os executivos podem encontrar que o processo de desenvolver estas plantas tem também um benefício indireto. Suas organizações são mais sensíveis às situações possíveis da crise que poderiam disrupt o negócio e afetam seus despesas se operando, lucros e crescimento total. Em conseqüência suas gerente respondem mais ràpidamente e para dirigi-los eficazmente fora.
