Stage-Gateモデルのステップ(段階)。 プロセス

Stage-Gateプロセスは5段階だけ過した元のモデルのより遅い版で加えられたディスカバリステージによって先行される。 それは前働く機会を発見し、新しい考えを発生させるように設計されていて含んでいる。

1. 規模。 速いのの各プロジェクトの予備調査。 机上調査によって安価な情報をプロジェクトの数を狭くすることを可能にするために提供する。
2. business caseを造りなさい。 第一次マーケティングおよび技術的な研究によるはるかに詳しい調査。 business caseはプロダクト定義、プロダクト正当化およびプロジェクトの計画を含まなければならない。
