ContingencyTheoryは株式会社を組織するか、会社を導くか、または決定をする最もよい方法がないことを主張する行動理論のクラスである。 ある状態で有効である様式を作る組織/リーダーシップ/決定は、他の状態で巧妙かもしれない。 要するに: 最適構成/リーダーシップ/意思決定様式は様々な内部および外的な抑制(要因)に左右される。

1。 構成のContingencyTheory
