什么是商业智能？ 释义
商业智能（Business Intelligence，BI）就是通过广泛运用管理信息系统以及其他相关应用程序和技术手段，收集、储存、分析、提供数据信息，旨在做出更好的商业决策。 简而言之，就是利用实时、准确信息制定决策。

典型性的商业智能活动包括决策、咨询报告、在线分析处理、统计分析、预测以及数据挖掘。 商业智能所代表的系统能够帮助企业掌握制胜因素、预测当前决策的未来影响， 这些系统在企业的战略规划过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。
