Resumen

Proceso del Brainstorming (Tormenta de Ideas)El método del Brainstorming (Tormenta de Ideas) (tormenta de ideas) es una actividad creativa del grupo del semi-estructurado, usada lo más a menudo posible en reuniones de negocio ad hoc para alcanzar con las nuevas ideas para la innovación o la mejoría. Se anima a los miembros del grupo que propongan ideas sobre un problema y cómo puede ser solucionado, para generar tantas ideas como sea posible, aunque no son siempre alternativas útiles. La idea detrás de la reunión de reflexión es, eso que un grupo de gente puede lograr un nivel más alto (de la sinergia) de la creatividad que la suma de los participantes por separado.


Reglas del Brainstorming (Tormenta de Ideas)

Tres reglas importantes para una sesión éxita de la tormenta de ideas son:

  1. Animase a los participantes deben que alcancen con tanto a ideas como sea posible, no obstante es extraño son (no hay malas ideas).
  2. Ningún juicio no se debe dar sobre ninguna idea, hasta el final de la sesión. Si negativa o positivo.
  3. Animase a los participantes deben que construyan en cada otras las ideas, creando combinaciones inverosímiles y tomando cada uno en direcciones inesperadas.

Consejos del Brainstorming (Tormenta de Ideas)

Algunos consejos para una sesión éxita de la tormenta de ideas son:

  • Utilice un facilitador experimentado. ¿Externo?
  • Designe a una persona para anotar todas las ideas que salgan de la sesión de la tormenta de ideas.
  • Utilice una pizarra con papelografo para hacer las notas. Esto permite un estudio y una evaluación más últimos en el final de la sesión.
  • Identifique un asunto exacto que se discutirá (mantenga la sesión centrada en el problema).
  • No más de 8-10 personas en una sesión. Si hay más participantes, después divida la sesión de la tormenta de ideas y divulgue el uno al otro luego.
  • Una persona anota todo.
  • Evalúe las ideas en 2 pasos: A: defina los criterios. B: anote los resultados en los criterios.
  • En el final de la sesión de la reunión de reflexión usted debe discutir los pasos necesitados para poner las ideas en ejecución. Si esto es complicado, haga otra sesión de la reunión de reflexión sobre cómo poner las ideas en ejecución.
  • Claramente defina el problema que usted desea solucionado, y presente a cualquier criterio para ser met.
