ملخص

ان أداة المزيج التسويق التوسعى 7 بيس لبومس و بيتنر .تسويق إستراتيجية تمتد لعدد من المتغيرات القابلة للتحكم من تلك التى فى النموذج الأصلى 4 بيس.


إستعمال المزيج التسويق التوسعى

نموذج المزيج التسويقى التقليديّ  كان نموذج يوجّه اولا بافادة للمنتجات الملموسة. . نموذج 7بيس أكثر افادة فى الصناعات الخدمية وبالمناقشة أيضا مفيد للمعرفة الشديدة للبيئة.


3 P إضافيّة

لقد اضاف كل من بومس و بيتنر الثلاثة بيس للمزيج الاصلى للتسويق 4 بيس

  1. الناس: كلّ الناس بصفة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة متداخلين في استهلاك الخدمة و هذا جزء هام من مزيج التسويق التوسّعى . يضيف عمال المعرفة ، الموظفين ، الادارة و المستهلكين قيمة هامّة غالبا إلى إجماليّ المنتج أو الخدمة المعروضة.
  2. العملية: الإجراء ، الآلية ودفق الأنشطة بأيّ الخدمات يكونوا عند الاستهلاك عنصر أساسيّ من إستراتيجية التسويق .
  3. بيّنة طبيعيّة: القدرة والبيئة في الخدمة المستلّمة. كلا يعتبرا بضائع ملموسة لديها القدرة ان تساعد وتتّصل و تؤدى الخدمة والخبرة غير الملموسة من العملاء الموجودين والقدرة على العمل لتحويل ارضاء العميل إلى عميل فعلى.

كلا من اول 2 بيس يمكن اعتبارهما غير ضمنية و هما الناس و العملية بينما البى الثالثة البينة الطبيعية تعتبر عامل ضمنى


يقترح كل من بومس و بيتنر أيضا أنّ مكان في شركة متوجه للخدمة تتضمّن الميسوريّة للخدمة ، وأنّ الترقية في شركة متوجه للخدمة يتضمّن المدخل من خدمة الاشخاص بالخطوط الامامية.
