ملخص

ستّة يفكّر قبعات - [د بونو]الستة تقنية للقبعات المفكرة لإدوارد دي بونو هو نموذج يستعمل لاستكشاف المنظورات المختلفة ضمن الحالة المعقدة أو التحدي. ورؤية الأشياء من زوايا مختلفة في أغلب الأحيان فكرة جيدة في تشكيل الإستراتيجية أو عملية اتخاذ القرارات المعقدة.


إن تقنية القبعات الست تصمم لمساعدة الأفراد لاستكشاف تشكيل المنظورات وعن موضوع قد يختلف عن المفترض أنها طبيعيا جدا. في يرتدي خاصّة يفكّر قبعة ، يلعب الناس أدوار ، أو "كما لو" بنفسي داخل منظورة خاصّة. تكون حرجة، ويبحث عن ما هو الخطأ فيها.

كل القبعات تسمى باللون الذي يساعد الذاكرة لوصف منظور واحد يتم تبنيه متى لبست القبعة المعينة. على سبيل المثال دفاع الشيطان يعمل عندما يلبس القبعة المفكرة السوداء.


الستّة قبعات

  • أبيض (مراقب) ورقة بيضاء؛ محايد؛ تركيز على حقائق المعلومات المتوفرة الموضوعية، ما هو المطلوب، وكيف يمكن الحصول عليه.

  • أحمر (النفس، الأخرين) نار، دفء؛ عواطف، مشاعر، حدس، دفع للأمام؛ وجهات النظر الحالية بدون تفسير، أو تبرير.

  • أسود (النفس، الأخرين) قاضي صارم يلبس عباءة سوداءا؛ حكمي؛ حاسم ؛ وجهة النظر السلبية المنطقية.

  • أصفر (النفس، الأخرين) شروق شمس؛ تفاؤل ؛ نظرة ايجابية منطقيّة ؛ النظر تجاه المنافع، وما الجيد منها.

  • أخضر (النفس، الأخرين) نباتات؛ تفكير المبدع؛ إمكانيات وفروض؛ الأفكار الجديدة.

  • أزرق (المراقب) السماء؛ الهدوء؛ نظرة عامّة ؛ النظرة العامة؛ السيطرة العملية، الخطوات ،القبعات الأخرى؛ الرئيس، المنظم؛ التفكير بالتفكير

قبعات دي بونو مؤشر على كل الحالات العاطفية بالإضافة إلى مزاج - وبمعنى آخر: المنظور للذي يبدو كقضية . هو لاحظ: " وأسلوب مفكر واحد (أو قبعة) ليس "أفضل" من الأخر0.


المنافع الرئيسية من طريقة قبعات التفكير الستة

  8. حسن اتخاذ القرار

استعمال الستّة قبعات

في أكثر سياقات المجموعة، يميل الأفراد إلى شعور معاق يتبني بثبات منظور معين - متشائم او متفائل، هدف، الخ. وهذا يحدد الطرق والمدى لكل فرد وكذلك المجموعة ككل لأن تستكشف قضية. إن القبعات أصناف لسلوك التفكير وليست من أشخاص معينين. . من المهم أن كل أعضاء المجموعة يدركون هذه الحقيقة. وتميز قبعة بشكل واضح تفصل الأنا (الأنانية) من الأداء. و طريقة القبعات الستة مفيدة حتى للأفراد الذين يفكرون لوحدهم.


الخطوات المثالية في ورشة الستة قبعات. العملية

القبعات قد تستعمل في بعض التسلسل المنظم اعتماد على طبيعة القضية.

خطوة 1: تقدم حقائق الحالة - قبعة بيضاء
خطوة 2: تولد الأفكار على كيفية الحالة التى يمكن أن تعالج - قبعة خضراء
خطوة 3: تقيم الأفكار المستحقة - تدرج المنافع (قبعة صفراء)، إدراج العوائق - قبعة سوداء
خطوة 4: يحصل على شعور كل شخص حول البدائل - قبعة حمراء
خطوة 5: يلخص ويؤجل الاجتماع - قبعة زرقاء
