什么是PEST分析？ 释义

PEST分析是战略咨询顾问用来帮助企业检阅其外部宏观环境的一种方法。 PEST是下列英文单词首字母的缩写：

• 政治的（Political）

• 经济的（Economic）

• 社会的（Social）

• 技术的（Technological）

PEST分析因子在企业价值创造过程中扮演着重要角色。 但是，由于它们往往超出企业的控制，所以通常既被视为是威胁，又被当成是机遇。 值得注意的是，不同大洲、不同国家，甚至同一国家不同地区宏观经济因素都会发生差异，所以，PEST分析往往以国家为单位进行。

下表是一个典型的PEST分析。

PEST分析相对简单，并可通过头脑风暴法来完成。 PEST分析的运用领域有： 公司战略规划、市场规划、产品经营发展、研究报告撰写。

PEST分析的变形

有时，亦会用到PEST分析的扩展变形形式，如SLEPT分析、STEEPLE分析， STEEPLE是以下因素英文单词的缩写，社会/人口（Social/demographic）、技术（Technological）、经济（Economic）、环境/自然（Environmental/Natural）、政治（Political）、法律（Legal）、道德（Ethical）。 此外，地理因素（Geographical Factor）有时也可能会有显著影响。
