I am working on my thesis improving service quality to reach customer satisfaction and I am applying it in the field of VIP airlines and I want to use SERVQUAL as a tool to analyze and improve the service quality. Can you help me to how to evaluate SERVQUAL: how would it help me in my thesis as a questionnaire and as a tool for service improvement. I need your replies, thanks..
