How to Calculate the Rate of Absenteeism for the Nursing Team?

In Brazil to calculate the absenteeism rate we use an equation that encompasses the various residence times at work, such as M1 or T = 6 hours; M = 8 hours; SD or SN = 12 hours. Used to calculate the equation proposed by Marinho ---->. MT = [500 (* 6 F1) + (F2 * 8) + (F3 * 12)] / (* QPU TDUP * JST). Where TDUP -> Total working days in the period; JST -> Day Work Week and QPU -> Number of Professionals Unit.

Como Calcular a Taxa de Absenteísmo para a Equipe de Enfermagem?
No Brasil para calcular a Taxa de absenteísmo usamos uma equação que engloba os diversos tempos de permanência no trabalho, como: M1 ou T = 6 horas; M = 8 horas; SD ou SN = 12 horas. Para calcular usamos a equação proposta por Marinho ---->. TA = [500 (F1* 6) + (F2*8)+ (F3*12)] / (TDUP * JST * QPU). Onde TDUP --> Total de dias úteis do período; JST --> Jornada Semanal de Trabalho e QPU --> Quantidade de Profissionais da Unidade.
