Move Resources to Further Online Retail Experiences

Thank you for starting this interesting topic. You certainly have a point.
I believe that - due to Covid 19 - for a period of time (1 years) people are going to prefer buying more online and refrain from seeing, feeing and touching for many products. After this period, the situation will go back to as it was. Except that many customers will have become more accustomed to buying online.
So yes, it would make sense for most retailers to move considerable resources to online, both short term (during the Covid period) and long term (Strategically) after Covid. Do you agree?
