Charismatic Leadership
The best leaders I believe are those who often use integrity, confidence, honesty and good old common sense with what ever they do and how ever they do it. We often more then most, need or rely on others to take the lead for what ever reason, I think it part of the human condition. Some are born leaders, some get thrown in to leadership but not all people can lead. Not a lot of people want to take the lead in most cases due to the fact of responsibility or ownership of what could potentially happen if the outcomes are not so positive. A great (charismatic) leader will weigh all options available to them that will not only benefit themselves but all others included. I feel there need to be more people like this.
