Are there besides the limitations mentioned above still more disadvantages of vertical integration? Why?

Vertical Integration Disadvantages

Vertical integration is sensitive to instabilities and offers less flexibility guarantee. In fact, put fewer eggs in one basket in the final product makes vertical integration increase the dependence of the company on a certain segment of economic demand.
