Aligning Projects with Strategy
Major alignment problems of projects with strategy are:
- Getting it right the first time (starting projects that are executing business or corporate level overall strategy)
- Identifying the reason (what is the project for? Is it to increase profit, make workforce feel needed? Or grow the business?)
- Establishing the starting point (if we embark on a project, it must be to execute a strategy).
