Value Based Management is a Continuous Process
Rexford Atunwey, HR Consultant, Ghana

Value based management ensures continuous scanning of the environment for changes and innovative ways of doing things, both within the firm and outside.
It puts CEOs and employees on their toes.
It is a continuous process unlike classic strategic planning which typically has a begin and an end.

Regarding Value Based Strategic Work
Erika Bellander, Management Consultant, Sweden
Hello Rexford, my type of strategy work is not classic. And I fully agree to your comment. Maybe my value pipe is something new to you, but this is something I really consider value based. (see bellwox.se).
Where do you find your model in detail? And I think the work acc. to my bureau should be ongoing, no start and end. That's why I use the pipe. So you can go through it several times.

I like the way you said, "value based management ensures continuous scanning of the environment for changes and innovative ways of doing things, both within the firm and outside." Good insight, I think, to acknowledge the value in keeping yourself abreast of current affairs. Very nice!
