Total Value Management, The Value Pipe
If you want to have new creative ways to startup Value Based Management I have made a new concept called the
winning flows.
Part of the concept is the
value pipe. I have made the value pipe to give an overview over the process that enhance decision taking and shows what to focus on. The model is based on fluid flow analogies and is done to clarify the dynamics of business processes; my idea was to understand the complexity of today’s businesses.
The model is intended for workshops. You can easily join your management team or board around a completely new and comprehensive picture on your business that you do with soft colors on a wall-paper.
