Leaders and Managers
🔥 NEW The equation is strongly similar to the research done by John C. Maxwell and my personal experience also shows quite close figures. However, I dont believe that managers should possess leadership skills rather than goal oriented objectives. Leaders achieve what average people think cannot be done within the shortest time.

Leadership
I strongly agree with the leadership criteria mentioned in the 'results based leadership'. Effective leadership should translate into business results. Anybody can lead but what makes a leader effective is his ability to deliver results against odds or limited opportunities, challenge set norms and be a change catalyst. Leaders today play mutiple roles from being an advocate to being a teamplayer. From being a facilitator to being a coach. It would be virtually impossible for anyone to be an effective leader without having these attributes.
