Turn around Time
In the UK, the expression "turn around time" means the time taken to complete a job/order/project. It is another way of expressing how long it will take to deliver a client order. To give an example, let's take for instance a print company who has been asked to complete a brochure for a client. They may be asked what is the "turn around time". Their response indicates how long it will take them to complete and deliver the job from receipt of the client's order.
It is completely different to the term "turnaround management" which simply expressed is the function carried out by making management changes, typically alter the direction of a company heading for financial problems/losses, and turning them around and back into profit.
