Cultural Aspects of Team Formation
Who can describe with an example how the way teams are formed in a particular region of the world is different from the way teams are formed in Europe or in the USA?

Cultural Aspects in Team Formation
In India, we have a very family-oriented culture. When people from different states (mind you, they are drastically different from each other, unlike those in USA & Europe), different cultures, different languages and different values come together, there are very high probabilities that opinion clashes will also arise.
So in such cases in India, one needs to be very patient, and open minded, to resolve conflicts and at the same time get the work done. We could bring external trainers to help to avoid and efficiently combat problems, resolve team conflicts, and help to create an employee-friendly culture.
