Organisational Culture Change

The only way to change organisational culture is to
a) Ensure that there is a strong leadership vision and to then
b) Engage with the entire organisation, bottom up, around that vision towards defining what factors, principles, practices and behaviours are critical to strive for and those which are critical to avoid - then this must be quantitatively evaluated over time... So that it can be measured and managed.
The whole process must move from left brain language to right brain language i.e. it must be creatively engaging.
