Organization Development and Culture

Culture or values are lived by and mostly are long term, while organisation can be temporary but is anyhow typically short term. Projects can change.
Managers who want to change a long term way of working should therefor focus also on culture. Changing organisation just by changing the structure will only last temporarily.
There is a great deal of interrelation in the timeline of the process and the length of time you want the development to stick. Anyhow the culture must be adapted to cater for organisation development or the process will not last long.
