Change in 3rd World Countries Vs. Developed World

Although change is a must in an international context, the importance varies in some parts of our world, specially in the 3rd world countries. Here, the speed of change is slow and sometimes there is no change in some countries in the 3rd world countries.
It is comfortable to work in such static unchanged organization, but you never enjoy the output of such organizations.
If we compare this to the developed world we see that here the change is considered as a generator machine for innovations and creativity conveyed in terms of updating and amazing outputs and functionality.

The Extent of Change in Developing World Vs That of the Develop World

The slow rate of change in developing countries has positive and negative implications. The changes taking place in developing countries may not necessarily be bad but strangely 'we' of the developing world have not lived to the challenges as a result of the changes we have desired to embark upon.
We in the developing world must be thankful in not changing that fast because the results of the change we are pursuing has led to us giving up our 'pride' that is largely dictated by our unique and peculiar cultural environment. The quest for development requires significant financial and economic development, but our strange desire to change has seen 'us' losing our head. Overall the developed world has without bothering to to even see what we have got. Much as the developing world desire to change for positive ends, we have to be cautious and positive about it.
