Although change is a must in an international context, the importance varies in some parts of our world, specially in the 3rd world countries. Here, the speed of change is slow and sometimes there is no change in some countries in the 3rd world countries.
It is comfortable to work in such static unchanged organization, but you never enjoy the output of such organizations.
If we compare this to the developed world we see that here the change is considered as a generator machine for innovations and creativity conveyed in terms of updating and amazing outputs and functionality....Register
