Most of the time people are not able to elaborate what is their expectation. This needs to be very well known and understood before you identify training. Trainee should also understand the expectation out of that before training is imparted. In one sentence, we need to get the perception out and create questions in mind of trainee which needs to self answered by trainee once training is imparted.
