Models for Training and Development in Small and Medium Enterprises

There are different models in training. Bu which model is particularly suitable for SMEs?
Since SMEs conribute almost one fourth of GDP and many developed and developing countries focus on SMEs.
I request the forum to throw some light on this subject and also for subject matter experts to contribute to this discussion. Thank you!
