Finding Potential Macro Training Needs

Macro training needs are derived from the overall goal of an organization, and these needs are identified and analyzed at three strata: organization, occupational and individual
New plants may not always require new hiring; if a holding company is building a new refinery, the new plant may require that experienced personnel is transferred
from older refineries, and new hands are hired to fill vacancies created by this process in the old factory.
Such processes are generally based on the macro needs of the new refinery.
