Barriers to Learning

What are the main barriers to learning?
For example, people may be afraid that they will lose face or be laughed at if they do something wrong. So they justify their unwillingness to experiment to themselves by saying that the old ways are the best.

Learning refers to the recipient of a training program. Thus the major barriers to learning are:
- Inferiority complex
