Training needs evaluation is not dependent on the number of training and/or training activities within an organization but on the needs of the organization. It should be aimed at the objectives of the company. Variable training methods should be considered in order to choose the cheapest and most effective one.
 

 
Training is Important in Good Times, but also in Bad Times

There is a lot of importance given to training as an essential part of organizational growth and success, however, when funds are limited it becomes an unnecessary activity as "you can just work with someone who knows how to do it to learn. That's a late 1800s mentality!
