On the Job Training is Often a Picnic

I observe in most of the companies, training is given only to the privileged. If there are 20 people in a project, only a few of them go for the training. Practically, they go like a picnic, enjoy the hospitality of the training programme and just circulate a powerpoint presentation (some may not even do that).

Training Evaluation

Backed up by my 5 years experience as a trainer, I endorse the views of lakshman purihella about ojt as a picnic.
