Most of the 10 management concepts mentioned above will most likely remain important in 2011, but also I think creativity, innovations and changes will be top focus in 2011.

HRM in New Era
The basic theme of HRM was on the behavior of human beings, but unfortunately it has been diverted to rules and regulations for employees. The difference between administration and HRM has been shrunk. I think that this is going to be dangerous and harmful to the theme of HRM. We need to focus on the interventions that could differentiate between administration and HRM.
