Group Time Management Excercise: Time Bandits
Jaap de Jonge, Editor
A well known time management excercise is called "Time Bandits". The generic process is as follows:
1. You give a list of common timewasters to a group and ask each person to tick the ones that affected them in the last year or so.
2. Ask for a volunteer to take notes of the rest of the workshop.
3. Each person is asked to briefly explain what is the most severe timewaster for him/her and why. The group may give short advices and solutions at the end of each presentation.
4. The person who took notes emails them among the participants.
