Time is like a magnet to us and we often invest in worthless time. In organizations, more resources are used to see/report activities than in rewarding the results. What do you mean by your last sentence in particular and how does it relate to your idea?   1 Judith Santizo Consultant, Guatemala   Using Time as a Magnet @Jaap de Jonge: I extend a little more regarding how time should be used. In organizations we should generate a culture to optimize time. This begins with a good planning of working hours that orientates us towards results. Also we should enable automation for those tasks that consume a lot of resources but are really a wasted time.
