How to Effectively Schedule Meetings with Attendants from Different Timezones?
When team members or stakeholders are based in different world regions in different timezones it is hard to manage time effectively.
For example the US (Eastern Standard Time) and India (Indian Standard time). There are cases when I have to get stakeholders from both timezones to attend important meetings but only a very short time slot is available which suits both geographies. 1-2 hours is the only overlapping time during which meetings can be scheduled, but all stakeholders, people with busy schedules, might not be available during this time.
Any ideas or practical suggestions from those who have faced a similar situation? Many thanks.
