Leadership Succession
All too often persons in leadership positions are not leaders but occupants of the seat only. Authentic leaders are searching for their replacement at all times.
The nature of authentic leadership is the development of a cadre of genuine followers to carry out the vision as well as those with the passion and sincerity to make a difference.
There just are not too many people that are authentic leaders anywhere. Those sitting in the positions have just too many other agendas to even consider someone else to succeed them.
