Separation Between Laissez Faire and Democratic L

I tend to agree with some comment that there should be a clear separation line between democratic leadership and laissez-faire leadership. Looking into practical experience in industry, it can be clearly seen that the democratic leadership would generate a better result, while laissez-faire leaders will end up not knowing what had happened in the area that he/she supposed to control.
