Process for Establishing Talent Management. Roadmap
What are your experiences with developing a Talent Management (TM) road map for a fast growing company? It has high growth plans with organic growth as well as acquisition, in a mature and slowly evolving industry. New technologies are expected in the next 10-15 years that will shift the current technology used.
There isn't a lot in place, and it's not very cohesive. So assessments of capabilities of leaders and people have to be performed, and also development of awareness and capabilities. Finally the processes must be established for identifying, selecting and integrating acquired talent.
Please share your experiences and advices on what is the best process to take from best practices.
