Tacit Knowledge in Business Management
Indeed tacit knowledge has not been given its due (what it deserves) in general management practise.
In an environment where there is inadequate availability of data, one way by which managers could do better to employ tacit knowledge is
maneuvering management ideas.
In another way managers could build up explicit knowledge as recorded data ( providing a source of information/knowledge) is comparatively analysed with anticipated tacit knowledge in making judgments about customer choice and the factors that influence that.
