How to Learn Tacit Management Skills

	          		The best way to learn good tacit management skills is to have the student learn by copying and observing a good manager (mentor) managing. In this way, a developing astute student manager will display good management skills after some time of working under his mentor.

To develop a student with a management degree with this experience should be part of producing a good manager.

				                Learning by Observing Tacit Management Skills

													Yeah I think that learning through observing is very good but the value of copying is depreciating once the student has learned.

However, as the student tries to become better than or as good as taught by the mentor it is easy to acquire thoughts of negativism like "I can't become better than my master" or "I can't be as good as him in this".

													It is important to observe good tacit management skills, but just as important to then UTILIZE these observations for the student to further develop and enhance their own skills.
