Usually SWOT analysis is used by middle or higher managers/decision makers who are responsible for strategic planning. But don't overlook anyone else in the creation stage! How to Capture Different Perspectives in your SWOT Matrix

Hi Ricky, I totally agree with your opinion. I believe that a various group of people are more accurate than single individuals or middle and higher management only.
I believe as much in this statement that I developed a Dutch online tool that helps to get the different perspectives captured in one SWOT matrix.
We are working on an English translation of this tool.
