Internal Opportunities and Threats
Rahim Khan, Member
What about the opportunities and threats that exist within the organization and we are not aware about them? How we will evaluate them through SWOT framework?

Internal O's and T's?
mehdi zaribaf, Member
We don't accept opportunities and threats within the organization.
They will manifest themselves as Strengths and Weaknesses:
- An 'opportunity' inside the organization shows itself as a potential strength.
- A 'threat' inside the organization shows itself as a potential weakness.

It´s important to keep in mind that a strength is the competence in a factor considered critical for the sucess in the company´s market or industry, and a weakness is the absense of competence in that same critical success factor or resource considered vital.
