  We don't accept opportunities and threats within the organization.
They will manifest themselves as Strengths and Weaknesses:
- An 'opportunity' inside the organization shows itself as a potential strength.
- A 'threat' inside the organization shows itself as a potential weakness.

  Include the CSF in the SWOT Framework

  It´s important to keep in mind that a strength is the competence in a factor considered critical for the sucess in the company´s market or industry, and a weakness is the absense of competence in that same critical success factor or resource considered vital.
