This thinking would be clearer if we approach it in terms of "life = health". The vision of "health for all", for example, is supported by continuity through generations. The "Vision-target" in this case is the level of care for all and not the lack of disease. Such vision is a community affair. The mission is adherence, engagement or participation of a member to the satisfaction of a goal. The sum of the experiences (satisfaction) gained by a community (group or company) and transmitted to the next generation is essential to measure the vision. Through this vision we know where we should go, but this desire is not enough to succeed.
